Essays by Bradbury Wilkinson and Company Limited for the two 25th Anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights stamps, issued on 10 December 1973. The front bears the handwritten notation: ‘Approved subject to the changes pointed out separately,’ signed by A.M. Ahsunullah, Director-General, Bangladesh P.O. The reverse of the card has the date ‘30 7 73,’ written in the same hand as the front notation

Note that the cancellations on the two covers illustrated above are different

These are believed to be fraudulent SPECIMEN overprints. This type of overprint is also known on the Bangladesh in the UN issue
