A stamp paper with stamps applied by the Notary that Notarized the statement on the document. The red seal is that of the Notary. The document is dated 31 March 1985. Note the slogan “Whether it’s a Boy or a Girl, Two Chicldren are Enough” applied at the bottom of the paper. This was applied to some of the values of this series of Stamp Papers.
