A privately printed booklet of the stamps that appeared in the Indian market in 2014, along with several other privately printed booklets for the 2010 Rose stamps, the 2011 Tagore stamps, the 2011 Musical Instrument stamps, the 2013 Flower stamps and the 2013 Tiger stamps.
Although this is an attractive cover it is the type that is only made to make money for the producer. It serves no purpose. The envelope has the logo of the 27 May – 3 June 2006 stamp show in Washington, D.C., the butterfly issue of 3 December 1990 and the FDC cancellation from the butterfly issue of 2012. Covers like this have no value and add little to the hobby, except confusion.

This issue has an intersting perforation pattern. It would seem that due to the complexsity of the pattern, there would be many misperforations for this issue, but none have been reported yet. Also, for this to be a complete pane with the CCMs, it would need another stamp and the black circle in the margin.

The privately printed cachet is attractive, but the covers also had a glued-on embroidered Scout patch which makes the cover awkward and strange. The printed cachet is an image of an embroidered patch. Again, whoever created it used the wrong term and called it a Special Cover, instead of a First Day Cover.
