Stationary charge: Tk. 6.

The traditional insert information is printed on the back of this card. It states that 15,000 sheets were printed, but only 750 were printed with the serical numbers and taken and sold in China.
In 2009 the Bangladesh Post Office began to release a series of folders with different themes. Three were issued with current new issues (Mother Language Day, Astronomy and the National Day of Mourning). All others contained older issues of stamps, some dating back to 1974 and were released to sell at the China Stamp Exhibition. It is obvious that the plan was to get rid of old stocks they had not sold. It is said that some of the stamps were stained and not in very good condition, due to poor storage. It is also said that many people ignored these folders and did not purchase them. It is certainly a fact that the Post Office began to take advantage of collectors with the release of these folders and limited edition items sold at events outside of the country, at inflated prices. Remainders of those items not sold abroad, would generally be returned and sold at the Dhaka Post Office, but many collectors could not obtain them, nor afford them.
2009 Flowers of Bangladesh on Stamps Folder
The first illustration is the cover of the folder. The back cover cover is the bottom illustration. Due to careless editing, the information on the uppermost page is inaccurate. The date of issue of that set of stamps was 9 October, 1995. They mistakingly put the same date for both sets of stamps as 29 April, 1978. The original cost of the folder is not printed on it.
2009 Wild Flowers of Bangladesh Folder
The folder only contains the earlier released souvenir sheet of 1 December 2004. The inside cover and the back cover do not have any images but the price is printed on the back cover in a single line of printing with printing information. The original cost of the folder was Tk.75.
2009 Butterflies of Bangladesh Folder

This folder only contains the one set of stamps originally released on 3 December, 1990. The original cost of the folder was Tk. 60.

2009 Stamps on 30 Years of Bangladesh-China Diplomatic Relations Folder
The back cover of the folder has a brief history of Bangladesh-China diplomatic relations. The set of stamps and souvenir sheet were originally released on 6 March, 2006 and were printed in China. The original cost of the folder was Tk. 130.
2009 Animals of Bangladesh Folder
The back of the folder has an image of several Spotted Deer, superimposed over a faint picture of a heard of the deer. These sets of stamps were originally issued on 4 November, 1974 and 9 November, 1977. The original cost of the folder was Tk. 60.
2009 Stamps on Endangered Animals of Bangladesh Folder
The back cover of this folder has an image of the stamps on the page above it . These sets of stamps were originally issued on 31 January, 1990 and 16 June, 1991. The original cost of the folder was Tk. 75.
2009 Olympoic Stamps Folder
The back cover of the folder has an illustration of the Atlanta souvenir sheet. These stamps were originally issued on the following dates: Montreal – 29 November 1976; Los Angeles – 31 December 1984; Seoul – 20 September 1988; Barcelona – 25 July 1992; Atlanta – 19 July 1996 (stamps and SS); Sydney – 18 September 2000; and Beijing – 6 July 2008. The original cost of the folder was Tk.400.
Birds of Bangladesh Folder
The back cover has illustrations of stamps from several sets. The stamps and souvenir sheets in the folder were issued on 17 August 1983, 31 August 1994 and 15 July 2000. The cost of the folder was Tk. 175.

Additional: The sheet and everything associated with it was withdrawn from sale about four months after issue as “Mr Amir Hossain Amu” declined any personal family relationship with the boy on the portrait” Abdul Nayeem Khan Rintu” (the last stamp). The boy was probably a servant in Sheikh Mujib’s home who was killed along with all Mujib family members. At the request of officials the stamp was withdrawn from sale.
The booklet is also known with each of the stamps affixed over the printed imagea of the individuals, and each is cancelled with the commemorative canceller. These must be very scarce.

Working copies of proposed designs. Under each stamp is written a different number. The top sheet has “St-037 through 040”,the middle sheet “St-041 through 044” and the bottom sheet “St-045 through 048.” Note that there is probably a fourth design that probably exists as well, but is not shown here. Each design has a blue panel at the bottom that was not used in the final designs. Only the top image was used, and modified.

Two pages of images of the proposed stamps and cancellation that were used for making corrections.
Bottom – illustration of a used pair of the CRP commemorative with the black color missing. The right stamp is the only one that received a partial cancelation (upper right corner). This is the only recorded example of this error at this time. It is not know from which post office it was sold and used.
