The FDCs for this issue are all quite scarce. The stamp was issued on October 16, 1995 and was withdrawn within hours. A few FDCs were sold as well as a few of the stamps. It is believed that only a few hundred of the stamps were sold and the majority of them, if not all of them, were sold to collectors and dealers.
The above cover from Narsingdi is the only one with a different cancellation from the others.

Additional: In 2002 the American, Scott Catalog producer decided to list the stamp based on the fact that it was actually placed on sale for a few hours and indicated the listing would appear beginning with the 2003 catalogs. Prior to the decision the author of this catalog was asked to provide evidence that the stamp had actually been placed on sale, and such was provided to them. The producers of the Lindner albums always illustrated the stamp on their album pages, thus, the stamp will always be in demand by collectors. It is estimated that about 1,000 stamps were sold before they were withdrawn. They are frequently seen in internet auctions with widely ranging prices. They appear to be fairly common and it is this author’s opinion that more sheets have made it to the market over the years.
