A scarce essay for the Paul Harris stamp. Note that the gold on the Rotary emblem is shifted as well as the gold in the numbers at the top. The stamp was not issued with the gold in the numbers. Additionally, the light blue, that appears gray, in the Rotary emblem is shifted. It too, was not used in the issued stamp.
The two different shifts in color(s) of the Rotary logo.
This pair of Paul Harris Rotary stamps has a double impression of the gold in the Rotary emblem. Below the pair is a close-up of the error on the left and a normal impression on the right.
