Note that there are two sizes of the cancellation. Only one size was used at each site. The top illustration is the larger cancellation (36 mm). The bottom, Dhaka cancellation, is smaller (33 mm). There has been some doubt as to the genuineness of the larger cancellation by some collectors.

9 October – “World Post Day, 1994”. Note that there are two different envelopes. One has had “94” added in Bengali, along the left vertical side of the envelope, and new text under the image. It was realized that there was no year printed on the envelope and the second printing was done on covers given to the participants at a conference held for World Post Day. Of the two covers, the one with the year added is more difficult to locate.
Note that there is a second, totally differnt cancellation, as seen on the cover with the two cancellations and missing the additional “94” on the envelope. This cancellation was a Commemorative Cancellation that was applied to the Special Cover envelope by a collector. This cancellation is listed under Commemorative Cancellations.
