This is the larger size First Day Cover envelope for the sheets of shaheed intellectuals. FDCs exist on the smaller and larger sized envelopes. As in the 1991 issue, there is a second line of text on the back flap of the larger envelope. It is absurdly large and is slightly larger than an 8 1\/2 sheet of paper. There is no way to display it in exhibitions.
